Shipping & Returns
Please allow two working days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
We ship worldwide. If you have a specific shipping requirement not covered please contact us.
UK parcels are sent Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, which takes three working days. These will be delivered by your postal carrier, who should put a card through your door if you are out. If your UK parcel hasn't arrived within 7-10 days and you have no card, please do check with your local sorting office to see if your parcel has been left there for you. If your parcel is not collected from a sorting office within 2 weeks of it arriving it will be returned to us and you will have to pay further postage to have it re-sent.
European parcels are sent on the Royal Mail international tracked service, which takes 3-5 working days.
Parcels travelling to the rest of the world are sent Royal Mail international tracked service, which takes 5-7 working days.
Please be aware that parcels travelling abroad from the UK may be subject to customs delays, and that these are outside of our control. Please also note that there may be local import duties or taxes due on receipt of your purchase. We recommend checking this before buying, these costs are the buyers responsibility.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delays due to severe weather conditions, or sheer volume of parcels - for example just before Christmas. Please allow plenty of time for delivery at busy times of the year. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns or exchanges must have prior approval. Please email us within seven days of receiving your order.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately.
All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order and will be eligible for return.
